ATS V-Sport opinions?

What are your thoughts on the V-Sport models in general? Is it a must have like the BMW sport suspension and sport seats or is it just another marketing trick by GM? If you have one or are in the market for one I’d like to know your thoughts.

I don’t have a v sport but if it’s anything like the BMW sport package it’s at least worth the money, especially if you are coming from BMW to Cadillac which is what Cadillac was obviously trying to make u do lol

It might actually be better than the MSport package from BMW. I hope the next step they take is offering performance parts for base ATS/CTS models. Or they could get together with known tuners like Hennessy and offer warranties for their products like the BMW/Dinan partnership.

I can’t imagine it being better than the MSport. The V-Sport might be really good but there’s no way you can drive them back to back and go with the Cadillac… But I think Cadillac is much closer to their goal than most people think!

It’s a pretty nice ride.  I can say that first hand.  I don’t own one myself.  But, a friend of mine does.  I’ve ridden around in it quite a bit.

I totally agree.  It’s a great looking vehicle.  You should offer to drive your friend around Jim.  It’ll give you the opportunity to really get to know this beauty.

imo the new ATS-V Sport needs some of the aesthetic options that the new ATS-V or CTS-V has. I’d like to be able to add carbon fibre accessories like spoilers, splitters etc. The BMW 3-series guys have been able to do that for years
